We used to keep a large garden, sometimes two large gardens, and do lots of preserving and canning. Then soccer came along and we were never here. This year I've enjoyed keeping up an herb garden and have had the best crop of herbs ever. As I bound up the basil and thyme and enjoyed the wonderful scent of the thyme, I thanked God for their smell. Thought to myself, this might be the first time I ever thought to thank Him for giving us beautiful scents to smell! My favorite smell - a baby, fresh, clean, and powdered. What's yours?
