A New Driver in the Family

Very nervous! Very happy!

I must say I was not at all nervous. Sam, on the other hand, was extremely nervous, possibly because I kept telling her no one in the family had ever failed a test! Typically, the first PennDOT location we went to (Kittanning) was closed, so we drove to Butler, which was nicer since the tests were digitized. Sam left with a huge smile on her face. I had her drive around in the parking lot to get the feel of the car and the brakes for a while and then she drove Rt 68 to Rt 356 all the way home - about a 45 minute drive on 2-lane highways.
